Digital literacy refers to the ability of educators to utilize digital technologies for teaching and learning in the digital era, encompassing five dimensions: digital awareness, knowledge and skills of digital technologies, digital application, digital social responsibility, and professional development. Enhancing teachers’ digital literacy holds significant value in promoting high-quality educational development, fostering teachers’ professional growth, and cultivating students’ digital competencies. However, the current efforts to improve digital literacy among university teachers face challenges such as the rapid pace of technological advancements outpacing the development of teachers’ capabilities, difficulties in integrating teaching philosophies with digital technologies, and the lack of comprehensive evaluation systems and support mechanisms. To address these issues, this paper proposes strategies including strengthening teacher training and learning, promoting the deep integration of digital technologies with teaching philosophies, establishing robust evaluation and incentive mechanisms, and enhancing university-industry collaboration and resource sharing. These measures aim to effectively elevate the digital literacy levels of university teachers, thereby driving the digital transformation and high-quality development of education. %K 高校教师, %K 数字素养, %K 教育数字化转型, %K 数字技术
