%X 2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes, T2DM)是以糖脂代谢紊乱、胰岛素抵抗为主要特征的代谢类疾病。近年来&#65292;中医药在改善糖尿病症状、延缓病情发展方面不断探索&#65292;中医名家在诊疗糖尿病中各抒己见&#65292;百家争鸣。本篇文章将论述目前中医药治疗T2DM的相关研究进展&#65292;以供临床参考。<br>T2DM (Type 2 diabetes, T2DM) is a metabolic disease mainly characterized by disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been exploring the improvement of diabetes symptoms and slowing down the progression of the disease, and TCM masters have expressed their own views and a hundred schools of thought in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus. In this article, we will discuss the current research progress of TCM in the treatment of T2DM for clinical reference.
