%X 儿童荨麻疹是儿科常见的皮肤过敏性疾病，中医上多称为“隐疹”；第二代抗组胺药作为西医的首选治疗，虽可短时间内缓解症状，但存在一定的不良反应，且停药后复发率高；中医从调节脏腑、改善体质等方面论治，具有安全性高、副作用小、复发率低的优点，不管是中医内服、中西结合、中医内外同治均具有良好效果，故将近年小儿荨麻疹病因病机及中医药治疗研究进展综述如下。
Childhood urticaria is a common skin allergic disease in pediatrics, often referred to as “yin zhen” in traditional Chinese medicine. Second-generation antihistamines are the first choice in Western medicine for treatment, which can relieve symptoms in a short time but have certain adverse reactions and a high recurrence rate after discontinuation. Traditional Chinese medicine treats the disease by regulating the internal organs and improving the constitution, with the advantages of high safety, few side effects, and low recurrence rate. Both internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine, combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and concurrent internal and external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine have good effects. Therefore, this article reviews the recent research progress on the etiology, pathogenesis, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of childhood urticaria.
