%X 儿童塑型性支气管炎(Plastic Bronchitis, PB)是儿童一种少见但严重的呼吸系统疾病&#65292;支气管镜是诊断PB的金标准和治疗PB的关键。本文就PB的病因、发病机制、分类、临床表现、诊断、治疗、预后进行综述&#65292;旨在提高临床医生的认识&#65292;减少PB及其并发症的发生。<br>Plastic bronchitis is a rare but serious respiratory disease in children and bronchoscopy is the gold standard for diagnosing PB and the key to treating it. This article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis, classification, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of PB with the aim of increasing clinicians&#8217; awareness and reducing the incidence of PB and its complications.
