%X 立德树人是教育的核心任务与时代使命,对教育各领域具有重要指导意义。它不仅是高校人才培养的内在要求,也是建设高素质教师队伍的基础,更是高校师德师风建设的立足点。在新时代背景下,高校师德师风建设面临诸多挑战,如教师职业信念模糊、育人意识淡薄、师德理论与实践脱节、长效机制缺失以及师德失范行为频发。为应对这些问题,教育部、社会、高校和教师自身需共同努力,通过优化教育环境、提升教师素质、培养“四有”教师,为培养德智体美劳全面发展的“四有”青年奠定基础。
Cultivating morality and fostering talent is the core task of education and the mission of the times, and it is of great significance in guiding the various fields of education. It is not only the inherent requirements of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, but also the foundation of building a high-quality teaching force, and the foothold of the construction of teacher ethics and conduct in colleges and universities. In the context of the new era, the construction of teacher ethics and conduct in colleges and universities is faced with many challenges, such as teachers blurred professional beliefs, weak sense of nurturing, the disconnect between the theory and practice of teacher ethics, the lack of long-term mechanism, and the frequent occurrence of teacher ethics misbehavior. To address these issues, the Ministry of Education, society, universities, and teachers themselves need to work together. By optimizing the educational environment, improving teacher quality, and cultivating teachers with “four qualities”, a solid foundation can be laid for nurturing young people with “four qualities” who develop comprehensively in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetic appreciation, and labor skills.
