%X 针对松软厚煤层开采时,因煤体松软易冒落导致工作面出现片帮漏顶现象,以朱仙庄煤矿II833工作面为研究对象,通过理论结合室内试验,提出松软厚煤层注水防片帮技术,并在现场实践验证其可行性。结果表明:型煤的峰值强度随含水率的增大而减少,煤体的强度降低,将会影响煤壁前方支承压力区分布规律,降低其峰值强度并前移,有助于减轻工作面煤壁压力。朱仙庄矿II833工作面现场应用浅孔高压注水技术后,将片帮深度从1.5 m降低至0.5 m以下,有效降低了煤壁片帮对生产的影响,提高了生产效率。
In response to the rib spalling and roof leakage problems caused by the soft and easily caving coal mass during the mining of thick coal seams, this study takes the II833 working face of Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine as the research object, the water-flooding technology of sheet wall prevention in the soft and thick coal seam is put forward through theory and laboratory test, and its feasibility is verified by field practice. The results show that the peak strength of the briquette decreases with the increase of water content, and the strength of the coal body decreases, which will affect the distribution law of the abutment pressure area in front of the coal wall, reduce the peak strength and move forward, and help to reduce the coal wall pressure. After the application of shallow hole high-pressure water injection technology in the II833 working face of Zhuxianzhuang Mine, the depth of the sheet wall is reduced from 1.5 m to less than 0.5 m, which effectively reduces the influence of the coal wall on production and improves production efficiency.
