Research on the Impact Mechanism of Intelligent Human-Computer Interaction on Employee Work Engagement %A 李开晗 %J Service Science and Management %P 320-329 %@ 2324-7916 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ssem.2025.143041 %X 随着AI的发展,智能人机交互(IHCI)在工作场所中日益广泛,但其对员工心理状态和工作态度的影响尚未得到充分研究。本文基于情感事件理论,提出研究假设,构建理论模型。通过问卷调查法收集数据,采用统计分析方法验证研究假设。智能人机交互对员工工作投入具有显著负向影响;工作替代焦虑和学习焦虑在智能人机交互与工作投入之间起中介作用;主动性人格显著调节智能人机交互与两个维度的焦虑的关系,高主动性人格员工的负面情绪反应较弱,低主动性人格员工的焦虑程度更高。
With the advancement of AI, Intelligent Human-Computer Interaction (IHCI) is becoming increasingly prevalent in the workplace. However, its impact on employees’ psychological states and work attitudes has not been sufficiently studied. Based on the Affective Events Theory, this paper proposes research hypotheses and constructs a theoretical model. Data were collected through questionnaire surveys, and statistical analysis methods were used to validate the research hypotheses. The findings indicate that IHCI has a significant negative impact on employee work engagement; job replacement anxiety and learning anxiety mediate the relationship between IHCI and work engagement; proactive personality significantly moderates the relationship between IHCI and the two dimensions of anxiety, with employees having a high proactive personality showing weaker negative emotional responses, while those with a low proactive personality exhibit higher levels of anxiety. %K 智能人机交互, %K 工作替代焦虑, %K 学习焦虑, %K 工作投入, %K 主动性人格
