In the context of modern education, the development and application of new forms of teaching materials face numerous challenges and opportunities. This paper delves into the existing issues of teaching materials from four key stages: demand analysis and planning, design and development, implementation and application, and evaluation and feedback. It proposes targeted action paths to address these issues. By promoting the digital transformation of vocational education publishing, establishing a team for the research and development of new forms of teaching materials, leveraging the exemplary role of leading teachers to facilitate the adoption of these materials, standardizing internal governance within institutions, and optimizing specialized incentive mechanisms, this paper aims to enhance the optimization and application of new forms of teaching materials, thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of education and teaching. %K 新形态教材, %K 教材建设, %K 教材开发
