%X 在现代教育背景下&#65292;新形态教材的开发与应用面临诸多挑战与机遇。本文从需求分析与规划、设计与开发、实施与应用、评估与反馈四个关键阶段出发&#65292;深入探讨了现有教材存在的问题&#65292;并提出了针对性的行动路径。通过推动职业教育出版数字化转型&#65292;组建一批新形态教材研发队伍&#65292;发挥领军教师示范作用促进新形态教材落地使用&#65292;规范院校内部治理&#65292;优化专项激励机制等途径促进新形态教材的优化与应用&#65292;进而提升教育教学质量和效果。<br>In the context of modern education, the development and application of new forms of teaching materials face numerous challenges and opportunities. This paper delves into the existing issues of teaching materials from four key stages: demand analysis and planning, design and development, implementation and application, and evaluation and feedback. It proposes targeted action paths to address these issues. By promoting the digital transformation of vocational education publishing, establishing a team for the research and development of new forms of teaching materials, leveraging the exemplary role of leading teachers to facilitate the adoption of these materials, standardizing internal governance within institutions, and optimizing specialized incentive mechanisms, this paper aims to enhance the optimization and application of new forms of teaching materials, thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of education and teaching.
