%X 随着新时代的发展,社会多元化趋势显著增强,本科生思想政治教育也面临新的挑战与痛难点,急需进行创新探索以更好适应时代发展和学生实际需求。本文通过分析新时代背景下本科生思想政治教育面临的主要挑战,从价值观多元化的冲击、信息传播碎片化的影响、师资力量不足与育人效果欠缺、与心理健康问题的脱节、全球化背景下的文化自信建设挑战以及道德教育与行为规范脱节等方面探讨问题成因并提出针对性实践创新措施。通过创新思政教育内容、强化教师队伍建设、关注社会现实问题与学生心理健康、推进文化自信教育等举措,期望为思想政治教育工作提供理论依据和实践参考。
With the development of the new era, the trend of social diversification has significantly intensified, and undergraduate ideological and political education faces new challenges and difficulties that require innovative exploration to better adapt to contemporary development and students’ practical needs. This paper analyzes the main challenges confronting undergraduate ideological and political education in the new era context, exploring the causes of these issues from multiple perspectives including the impact of diversified values, the effects of fragmented information dissemination, insufficient teaching resources and inadequate educational effectiveness, disconnection from mental health issues, challenges in cultural confidence building under globalization, and the disconnect between moral education and behavioral norms. Corresponding practical innovation measures are proposed, including innovating educational content in ideological and political education, strengthening faculty team development, addressing social realities and student mental health concerns, and advancing cultural confidence education. These initiatives aim to provide theoretical foundations and practical references for enhancing ideological and political education work.
