%X 由于全球现代发展的迅速崛起和千变万化,废橡胶造成了严重的环境问题。因此,以骨料形式回收废橡胶作为补充建筑材料具有优势。本文回顾了废橡胶来源及其材料特性,而后从废弃橡胶在混凝土中的不同性能方面入手,概述了废橡胶骨料在基于普通混凝土的传统砂浆/混凝土混合物中作为部分或全部天然骨料替代物对橡胶化混凝土的强度、冲击载荷、耐磨性、抗冻融性、抗碳化性、吸水性、氯离子渗透性的影响。最后,讨论并给出了废弃橡胶在混凝土中,尤其在绿色超高性能混凝土和高力学保持性能的耐高温混凝土,进一步应用和研究的建议。
With the rapid rise and ever-changing nature of global modern development, waste rubber has become a serious environmental issue. Therefore, recycling waste rubber in the form of aggregate as a supplementary building material holds significant advantages. This paper reviews the sources of waste rubber and its material properties. It then provides an overview of the effects of waste rubber aggregate, used as a partial or complete replacement for natural aggregate in traditional mortar/concrete mixtures based on ordinary concrete, on the strength, impact resistance, wear resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, carbonation resistance, water absorption, and chloride ion permeability of rubberized concrete. Finally, the paper discusses and offers suggestions for further applications and research of waste rubber in concrete, especially in green ultra-high-performance concrete and high-temperature-resistant concrete with excellent mechanical property retention.
