%X 探究政务APP用户持续使用行为的影响因素对促进政务APP良性发展、优化政府政务服务具有重要意义。本文采用扎根理论的方法，对相关新闻文本资料数据进行分析和编码，并构建政务APP公众持续使用行为影响因素研究模型。研究结果显示：感知易用性、系统质量、信息质量、服务质量、相对优势、社群影响、安全性等因素对公众持续使用政务APP行为具有重要的影响。最后提出了相应的对策和建议，以期提高公众持续使用政务APP的意愿。
It is of great significance to explore the influencing factors of government APP users’ continuous use behavior to promote the benign development of government APP and optimize the governmental services of the government. This paper adopts the method of rooted theory to analyze and code the data of related news text information, and constructs the research model of influencing factors of public continuous use behavior of government affairs APP. The research results show that factors such as perceived ease of use, system quality, information quality, service quality, relative advantage, community influence, and security have an important influence on the public’s continuous use behavior of government APP. Finally, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in order to improve the public’s willingness to continuously use government APP.
