%X 农村劳动力是推动农村经济发展的重要因素&#65292;农村电商的兴起为农村劳动力回流提供新的契机。正确分析农村劳动力回流与电商发展之间的内生联系&#65292;有助于为农村社会留下更多人力资源&#65292;以此来推动乡村振兴战略实施。农村劳动力回流不仅会受到电商发展影响选择主动回流&#65292;同时会受到外在因素影响被动回流到农村中。在两者中存在的阻力是影响劳动力回流的主要原因&#65292;针对具体问题提出解决对策&#65292;合理引导劳动力回流&#65292;推动农村农业发展。<br>Rural labour is an important factor in promoting rural economic development. The rise of rural e-commerce has given a new opportunity to improve the return of rural labour. Correctly analysing the endogenous link between the return of rural labour and the development of e-commerce will help leave more human resources for rural society, so as to promote the implementation of the rural revitalisation strategy. The return of rural labour will not only be affected by the development of e-commerce, but also passively return to rural areas under the influence of external factors. The resistance between the two is the main reason affecting the return of labour force. We put forward solutions to specific problems, reasonably guide the return of labour force, and promote the development of rural agriculture.
