%X 结直肠癌(Colorectal Cancer, CRC)是全球范围内常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势。姜黄(Curcuma longa)及其主要活性成分姜黄素(Curcumin)具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗增殖及促凋亡等多种生物活性,近年来在结直肠癌防治领域受到广泛关注。本文综合近年来的相关文献,详细阐述了结直肠癌的流行病学特点、致病机制、关键分子靶点,以及姜黄素调控的细胞信号通路。同时,系统总结了姜黄素单体、姜黄复方及其纳米递送系统在结直肠癌治疗中的研究进展,探讨了姜黄素与其他化疗药物协同增效及降低耐药性的潜力,为姜黄及其活性成分在结直肠癌临床治疗中的应用提供全面的理论依据和新的策略思路。
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignancies worldwide, with increasing incidence and mortality rates. Turmeric (Curcuma longa) and its primary active component, curcumin, exhibit diverse biological activities, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-proliferative, and pro-apoptotic effects. In recent years, they have garnered significant attention in CRC prevention and treatment. This review synthesizes recent literature to elaborate on the epidemiological characteristics, pathogenic mechanisms, and key molecular targets of CRC, as well as the cellular signaling pathways regulated by curcumin. Additionally, it systematically summarizes the research progress of curcumin monomers, turmeric compound formulas, and nanodelivery systems in CRC treatment, explores the potential of curcumin to synergize with chemotherapeutic agents and reduce drug resistance, and provides comprehensive theoretical evidence and novel strategic insights for the clinical application of turmeric and its active components in CRC therapy.
