%X 生物化学课程是生命科学领域重要的专业基础课之一，文章在分析地方高校生物化学教学现状的基础上，对新时代背景下生物化学课程教学的局限性进行了深入思考。针对教学方法单一、实践教学举措不充分、教学评价方式单一等问题，提出了“教学方法多元化，强调实践教学，引入现代信息技术，结合学术前沿，教学评估多元化”五个方面的教改思路。今后还将不断总结思考，完善教改思路，为地方高校生物化学教学质量和学生综合能力的提升不懈努力。
Biochemistry course is one of the important foundational courses in the field of life sciences. Based on the analysis of the current situation of biochemistry teaching in local universities, this article deeply reflects on the limitations of biochemistry course teaching in the context of the new era. In response to the problems of single teaching methods, insufficient practical teaching measures, and single teaching evaluation methods, five teaching reform ideas have been proposed, including “diversified teaching methods, emphasis on practical teaching, introduction of modern information technology, combination with academic frontiers, and diversified teaching evaluation”. In the future, we will continue to summarize and think, improve our teaching reform ideas, and make unremitting efforts to enhance the quality of biochemistry teaching and students’ comprehensive abilities in local universities.
