%X 我国古代司法体系经历了深刻的变革与发展&#65292;从整体上来看&#65292;司法体系变革主要表现在司法机构的变革与革新。中国古代司法机构的设置经历了一系列的变迁&#65292;文章以中国古代司法机构改革为主要的着力点进行研究与分析&#65292;探究中国古代司法机构改革的特点以及所起到的重要意义&#65292;同时分析中国古代司法机构改革过程中的弊端&#65292;这些弊端主要包括重形式轻实质、机构改革过程更服务于封建统治、司法机构变革过程缺少独立性&#65292;以及司法机构改革缺少整体的监督。基于以上研究与分析&#65292;要强化中国古代司法机构变迁与改革的认知&#65292;并分析从古代司法机构改革过程中所带来的重要启示。<br>China&#8217;s ancient judicial system has undergone profound changes and development, and from the overall point of view, the reform of the judicial system is mainly manifested in the reform and innovation of the judicial organs. The establishment of the ancient Chinese judicial institutions has undergone a series of changes. The article takes the reform of the ancient Chinese judicial institutions as the main focus of research and analysis, explores the characteristics of the reform of the ancient Chinese judicial institutions and the important significance it plays, and analyzes the shortcomings in the reform process of the judicial institutions in ancient China, which mainly include the emphasis on form over substance, the institutional reform process is more in service to feudal rule, the judicial reform institutional reform process lacks independence, and the judicial reform lacks overall supervision. Based on the above research and analysis, it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of the changes and reforms of the judicial institutions in ancient China, so as to analyze the important enlightenment brought about by the reform process of the ancient judicial institutions.
