Research on Optical Device Cap Technology %A 庄园 %J Mechanical Engineering and Technology %P 190-199 %@ 2167-6623 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/met.2025.142019 %X 针对全自动封帽机封焊产品工艺的关键质量问题,本文采用试验设计(DOE)技术研究了不同焊接工艺参数对焊接质量的影响,从而确定了最佳参数组合。优化后的工艺参数已在生产实践中进行了验证,显著提高了TO产品焊接过程中的焊接质量,对实际生产中工艺参数的选择具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, regarding the key quality issues in the welding process of fully automatic cap sealing machine products, the influence of different welding process parameters on welding quality was studied using Design of Experiment (DOE) technology, and the optimal combination of parameters was determined. The optimized process parameters have been verified through practical experience, which can significantly improve the welding quality during the sealing process of TO products.
