An Analysis of the Current Situation of Teacher Team Building in Relocation Settlement Sites in Zhaojue County, Liangshan Prefecture %A 张霞 %J Vocational Education %P 266-277 %@ 2160-4401 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ve.2025.144184 %X 凉山彝族自治州作为“三区三州”深度贫困地区之一,易地扶贫搬迁战略意义重大,教育是安置点建设关键。虽然国家加大对凉山教育投入,但受历史、地理、文化及经济等因素制约,教师队伍建设挑战重重。强化该地区教师队伍构建备受关注,是推动教育均衡发展的关键。本研究经实地考察昭觉县易地搬迁安置点中小学,发现教师队伍存在数量不足、专业能力待提升、培训体系不完善等问题,严重制约教师队伍提质升级,亟待系统性解决。
The Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, as one of the “Three Regions and Three Prefectures” deeply impoverished areas, is of great strategic significance for poverty alleviation and relocation, and education is the key to the construction of resettlement sites. Although the state has increased its investment in education in Liangshan, the construction of the teaching force is a challenge due to historical, geographic, cultural and economic constraints. Strengthening the construction of the teaching force in the region has attracted much attention and is the key to promoting the balanced development of education. This study, after fieldwork in primary and secondary schools in Zhaojue County’s relocation sites, finds that the teacher force is insufficient in number, professional capacity needs to be upgraded, and the training system is imperfect, which seriously constrains the quality and upgrading of the teacher force, and urgently needs to be solved in a systematic way. %K 易地搬迁, %K 教师队伍建设, %K 现状研究
