%X 铆接作为飞机薄壁件的主要连接方式,其工艺参数直接影响结构件残余应力的分布。为了研究工艺参数对残余应力的影响,本文基于钉杆体积不变原理,构建铆接干涉量模型,运用主应力法构建铆接残余应力与干涉量的关系模型,通过理论分析揭示了工艺参数与残余应力之间的关系。通过有限元分析,验证干涉量对残余应力的影响,并得到了工艺参数对薄壁件厚度方向的残余应力分布的影响规律。
Riveting is the main connection method of aircraft thin-walled parts, and its process parameters directly affect the distribution of residual stress in structural parts. In order to study the influence of process parameters on residual stress, this paper constructs the riveting interference model based on the principle of constant volume of nail rod, and constructs the relationship model between riveting residual stress and interference by using the principal stress method. The relationship between process parameters and residual stress is revealed by theoretical analysis. Through finite element analysis, the influence of interference on residual stress is verified, and the influence of process parameters on the residual stress distribution in the thickness direction of thin-walled parts is obtained.
