A Review of the Research Literature on Part-Time Teachers in Enterprises of Vocational Education in China in the Past Twenty Years and Implications—A Study Based on the Literature of China Knowledge Network 2004~2024 %A 宾瑜 %A 冼妹 %J Advances in Education %P 1461-1471 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ae.2025.154711 %X 通过选取中国知网数据库的中文核心期刊和CSSCI来源期刊中关于“兼职教师”的代表性研究文献,借助Cite Space 6.3.R1软件,对2004~2024年研究文献的发文量、作者、机构、关键词等进行统计分析,梳理职业教育兼职教师领域研究的热点、脉络、阶段及趋势,发现在兼职教师研究领域政策导向明显,研究机构学术合作网络较为分散,研究焦点从关注外部经验转向内部能力提升的问题。由此,关注政策导向与需求的对接、加强跨机构合作与资源整合,以及加强国际比较研究与国际合作等,是当前及今后一段时期深化兼职教师队伍建设的重要趋向。
By selecting the representative research literature on “part-time teachers” in Chinese core journals and CSSCI source journals in China Knowledge Network database, and with the help of Cite Space 6.3.R1 software, we statistically analyzed the number of articles, authors, institutions, keywords, etc. of the research literature from 2004~2024, and sorted out the hotspots, veins, stages and trends of the research in the field of part-time teachers in vocational education and found that in the field of part-time teacher, research policy orientation is obvious, the academic cooperation network of research institutions is more decentralized, and the focus of research shifts from focusing on external experience to the issue of internal capacity enhancement. As a result, focusing on the interface between policy orientation and demand, strengthening cross-institutional cooperation and resource integration, as well as strengthening international comparative research and international cooperation are important trends for deepening the construction of part-time faculty at present and in the coming period. %K 职业教育, %K 兼职教师, %K 产教融合
