%X 在“科教 + 产教”双驱动融合的框架下,应用统计专硕生面临问题意识不足、科研与产业需求脱节、实践能力薄弱、创新能力不强等问题。随着大数据与人工智能等新兴领域的迅速发展,社会对素质高、创新能力强、实践经验丰富的统计人才需求日益增加。应用统计专硕的培养模式应强调科研与教育、产业与教育的紧密结合,以培养既具创新思维又具实践能力的人才。同时,通过优化课程体系、加强校企合作、完善师资结构及考核评价体系,深化“科教 + 产教”双驱动融合,能够有效提升学生的综合素质,使其更好地适应社会和行业的需求,推动应用统计专硕生的培养质量提升。
Under the integration between industry and education, Applied Statistics master’s students are facing several challenges. These include a lack of problem awareness, a disconnection between research and industry needs, weak practical skills, and insufficient innovation capabilities. With the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence, the demand for skilled statistical professionals is growing. Employers are seeking candidates with strong innovation abilities and rich practical experience. To meet this demand, the training mode should be improved to emphasize the combination among education, industry and academia. This approach will help cultivate professionals who possess both innovative thinking and practical skills. Further improvements can be made by optimizing the curriculum, strengthening university-industry collaboration, and enhancing faculty structures. Refining assessment and evaluation systems will also play a key role. Deepening the integration between industry and education will enhance students’ overall competencies, better preparing them for industry needs and improving the quality of Applied Statistics education.
