%X 新时代背景下,“三全”育人理念,即全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人,已成为教育工作的核心指导原则。在此框架下,五步教学法的创新应用与实践,为教学工作注入了新的活力,其以“连接–呈现–体验–反思–应用”的循环流程,构建了一个以学生为中心、注重实践与反思的教学模式。在全员育人的目标下,五步教学法鼓励每位师生积极参与育人过程,形成互助共进的良好氛围。全程育人和全方位育人的理念在五步教学法中贯穿始终,从自学阶段的自主探索,到探究阶段的合作交流,再到检测阶段的巩固提升,以及总结阶段的反思与升华,每一步都紧密相连,形成了一个完整的学习链条。这种教学模式不仅关注学生知识掌握和能力发展情况,更培养学生的正确价值观和创新创业思维。
Under the background of the new era, the “All-Round Education in Three Dimensions” education concept—whole-staff education, whole-process education, and all-round education—has become the core guiding principle of educational work. Within this framework, the innovative application and practice of the Five-Step Teaching Method have injected new vitality into teaching. Through its cyclical process of “Connection - Presentation - Experience - Reflection - Application,” it constructs a student-centered teaching model that emphasizes practice and reflection. Under the objective of whole-staff education, the Five-Step Teaching Method encourages the active participation of every teacher and student in the educational process, fostering a collaborative and progressive atmosphere. The principles of whole-process education and all-round education are consistently integrated into the Five-Step Teaching Method, from independent exploration in the self-study phase to cooperative communication in the inquiry phase, consolidation and improvement in the assessment phase, and reflection and sublimation in the summary phase. Each step is closely interconnected, forming a complete learning chain. This teaching model not only focuses on students’ knowledge acquisition and skill development but also cultivates their correct values and innovative entrepreneurial thinking.
