%X 在数字经济时代，人才战略已经成为促进现代企业发展的重要因素，然而在竞争激烈的国际国内环境中德才兼备的高素质人才储备具有较大的缺口，因此企业员工的思想政治教育工作就显得尤为重要。随着“两个结合”重大理论命题的提出，中华优秀传统文化的价值愈益凸显。墨家思想作为中华优秀传统文化的构成要件，其蕴含的道德伦理思想对企业员工有着重要的育化作用。因此，本文将系统分析墨家思想融入现代企业员工思想政治教育的多重价值，并进一步指出价值实现的可行性路径，助力企业健康持续发展，早日实现中华民族复兴的伟大梦想。
In the era of digital economy, talent strategy has become an important factor in promoting the development of modern enterprises. However, in the highly competitive international and domestic environment, there is a significant shortage of high-quality talents with both virtue and ability. Therefore, the ideological and political education of enterprise employees is particularly important. With the proposal of the major theoretical proposition of “two combinations”, the value of excellent traditional Chinese culture has become increasingly prominent. As a component of excellent traditional Chinese culture, the moral and ethical thoughts contained in Mohist thought have an important educational role for enterprise employees. Therefore, this article will systematically analyze the multiple values of integrating Mohist thought into the ideological and political education of modern enterprise employees, and further point out the feasible paths for value realization, to help enterprises develop healthily and sustainably and realize the great dream of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as soon as possible.
