The Effect of Short-Term Mindfulness Meditation on College Students’ Attention in the Information Age %A 庞程丹 %A 赖晨曦 %A 包丽萍 %A 先雯雯 %A 李婷婷 %J Advances in Psychology %P 764-771 %@ 2160-7281 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ap.2025.154261 %X 信息化时代下,网络逐渐占据了大学生的生活。前人研究发现网络过度使用会导致注意力下降,本研究旨在探讨信息化时代下正念冥想对大学生注意力的影响。本研究使用“NOW冥想”对64名大学生被试进行为期4周的干预,采用2 (分组:干预组、控制组) × 4 (干预时长:基线、第二周、第三周、第四周)的混合实验设计,因变量为被试在D2注意力测验的划消测验中的得分,同时采集被试的《青少年注意力测验》前后测得分。采用重复测量方差分析及配对样本t检验。结果显示经过正念冥想训练后,干预组的D2划消实验成绩逐步提升,《青少年注意力测验》量表后测的稳定性和注意的转移两个子维度的增值分数显著高于控制组。本研究发现,正念冥想可以提升大学生的注意力,主要表现在专注力、注意的稳定性、注意的转移和注意的广度三个品质上。
In the era of information, the internet has gradually occupied the lives of college students. Previous research has found that excessive use of the internet can lead to a decline in attention. This study aims to explore the impact of mindfulness meditation on the attention of college students in the information age. The study used “NOW Meditation” to conduct a 4-week intervention with 64 college student participants, employing a 2 (group: intervention group, control group) × 4 (intervention duration: baseline, second week, third week, fourth week) mixed experimental design. The dependent variable was the participants’ scores in the D2 attention test’s cancellation task, while also collecting the pre- and post-test scores of the participants’ “Adolescent Attention Test”. Repeated measures ANOVA and paired sample t-tests were used for analysis. The results showed that after mindfulness meditation training, the intervention group’s D2 cancellation task scores gradually improved, and the increase in the stability and transfer of attention sub-dimensions in the post-test of the “Adolescent Attention Test” was significantly higher than that of the control group. This study found that mindfulness meditation can enhance the attention of college students, which is mainly reflected in three qualities: concentration, stability of attention, and transfer and breadth of attention. %K 信息化时代, %K 正念冥想, %K 注意力
