%X 随着汽车工业的不断发展,人们对汽车的性能、舒适性和燃油经济性提出了更高的要求。CVT作为一种先进的变速技术,能够实现传动比的连续变化,从而优化发动机的工作状态,提升车辆的综合性能。金属带式级变速器具有承载效率高、能力强、环保、节能、稳定性好等特点,特别符合当下所提倡的节能减排。本文简述了金属带式无级变速器的基本结构和工作原理。并根据要求,设计了金属带式无级变速器的传动机构及其传动方案,对照传动方案对其进行了简要的设计。
With the continuous development of the automotive industry, people have higher demands for the performance, comfort, and fuel economy of cars. CVT, as an advanced transmission technology, can achieve continuous changes in the transmission ratio, thereby optimizing the working state of the engine and enhancing the overall performance of the vehicle. The metal belt type continuously variable transmission has characteristics, such as high load efficiency, strong capacity, environmental protection, energy saving, and good stability, which particularly align with the current advocacy for energy conservation and emission reduction. This article briefly describes the basic structure and working principle of the metal belt type continuously variable transmission. According to the requirements, the transmission mechanism and transmission scheme of the metal belt type continuously variable transmission are designed, and a brief design is carried out for the transmission scheme.
