%X 通过对药柱自动加工过程进行梳理分析,以及对加工过程中所需的药柱夹持力、尾座顶紧力、车床夹持力、内孔加工力矩进行理论分析和试验验证,本文设计了相应的自动化加工装置,对药柱进行自动加工,同时使得药柱加工实现人机隔离,提升了药柱加工的本质安全度,并提高了药柱加工的一致性及班产量。
By combing and analyzing the automatic processing process of grain, as well as theoretical analysis and experimental verification of grain holding force, tailstock jacking force, larhe clamping force and inner hole machining moment required in the processing process, this paper designs the corresponding automatic processing device to process the grain automatically, which also makes the grain processing realize the man-machine isolation. The essential safety degree of grain processing is improved, and the consistency of grain processing and shift output are improved.
