%X 全球数字经济竞争加剧背景下&#65292;中小企业作为国民经济的重要组成部分&#65292;其数字化转型已成为推动经济高质量发展的关键命题。现有研究多聚焦技术驱动与市场机制&#65292;但对制度环境与协同机制的路径建构分析不足。本研究基于技术创新与制度协同视角&#65292;探讨政策支持体系、资源整合机制与产业生态协同如何构建低成本、高适配、可持续的转型路径&#65292;揭示数字化转型中制度环境与技术变革的互动逻辑。<br>Against the backdrop of intensified global competition in the digital economy, the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as a vital component of the national economy, has become a crucial proposition for promoting high-quality economic development. Existing research predominantly focuses on technology-driven and market mechanisms, yet lacks in-depth analysis of the path construction regarding institutional environments and collaborative mechanisms. This study, based on the perspective of technological innovation and institutional synergy, explores how policy support systems, resource integration mechanisms, and industrial ecosystem collaboration can establish low-cost, highly adaptable, and sustainable transformation paths. It reveals the interactive logic between institutional environments and technological changes in digital transformation.
