Path Analysis to Improve the Resilience of China’s Cross-Border E-Commerce Supply Chain—Based on Multi-Dimensional Case Analysis %A 侯曼 %J E-Commerce Letters %P 2544-2551 %@ 2168-5851 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ecl.2025.1441164 %X 在全球贸易格局重构与数字技术迭代背景下，中国跨境电商供应链韧性面临多重挑战。本文基于多维案例分析，构建供应链韧性的三维能力模型(抵抗能力、恢复能力、创造能力)，揭示其形成机制包括数字化穿透、网络协同及政策–市场双轮驱动。研究发现，中国跨境电商供应链面临国际物流网络脆弱性、技术应用断层、政策协同滞后及环境压力等核心问题。对此，本文提出创新路径：加强供应链和后备支援管理、优化库存管理和建立产能缓冲区、推进数字化和智能化转型、加强供应链协调建立紧密合作伙伴、提高供应链韧性灵活性以及推动绿色供应链。研究为提升中国跨境电商供应链韧性提供理论框架与实践启示，助力维护全球产业链安全稳定。
In the context of the global trade landscape being restructured and the rapid iteration of digital technologies, the resilience of China’s cross-border e-commerce supply chain faces multiple challenges. Based on multi-dimensional case analysis, this paper constructs a three-dimensional capacity model of supply chain resilience (resistance, resilience, creativity), and reveals its formation mechanism including digital penetration, network coordination, and policy-market two-wheel drive. The study found that China’s cross-border e-commerce supply chain faces core problems such as the vulnerability of the international logistics network, the fault of technology application, the lag of policy coordination and environmental pressure. In this regard, the paper proposes innovative paths: strengthening supply chain and backup support management, optimizing inventory management and establishing capacity buffer zones, promoting digital and intelligent transformation, strengthening supply chain coordination and establishing close partners, improving supply chain resilience and flexibility, and promoting green supply chain. The study provides a theoretical framework and practical inspiration for improving the resilience of China’s cross-border e-commerce supply chain, and helps maintain the security and stability of the global industrial chain. %K 跨境电商供应链韧性， %K 多维案例分析， %K 数字化转型， %K 国际物流网络
