Study on Color and Materials of Homestays Based on the Remodeling of Old Buildings %A 鲁秋霜 %A 江宣凝 %A 谷雨 %A 张臣军 %J Design %P 175-186 %@ ****-**** %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/design.2025.102019 %X 快速的城市化使老旧建筑失去了本来的价值，这些老旧建筑与周边城市环境格格不入，拆除重建带来的环境负担也很重。对老旧建筑进行改造，使其蜕变为具有经济价值的建筑，本质上可以看作是可持续发展的表现。民宿是乡村旅游的重要组成部分，乡村民宿的发展需要重视。民宿具有经济、社会、生态、文化等多种功能，可以有效地推进农村旅游的变革和高度化。乡村中老旧建筑与周边城市环境格格不入，拆除重建带来的环境负担也很重。将乡村中失去价值的老旧建筑进行改造，使其蜕变为具有经济价值的民宿，本质上可以看作是可持续发展的表现。本研究通过对老旧建筑改造所完成的民宿进行分析，旨在通过韩国标准色彩分析软件(KSCA)研究对老旧建筑进行再利用改造的民宿的色彩与材料，得到由老旧建筑改造为民宿的材料与色彩的特点，为之后的老旧建筑改造过程提供建议。
Rapid urbanization has led to the loss of the original value of old buildings, making them incompatible with the surrounding urban environment. The environmental burden of demolition and reconstruction is also substantial. The renovation of old buildings to transform them into economically valuable structures can essentially be regarded as an embodiment of sustainable development. Guesthouses play a crucial role in rural tourism, and their development requires careful attention. As multifunctional establishments, guesthouses offer economic, social, ecological, and cultural benefits, effectively driving the transformation and advancement of rural tourism. In rural areas, outdated buildings often fail to harmonize with their urban surroundings, and their demolition and reconstruction impose significant environmental costs. Therefore, repurposing these devalued rural structures into economically viable guesthouses can be fundamentally understood as a sustainable development approach. This study analyzes guesthouses converted from old buildings, with a specific focus on the reuse and renovation process. By utilizing South Korea’s standard color analysis software, the study examines the colors and materials applied in these transformations. The objective is to identify the characteristics of materials and colors used in converting old buildings into guesthouses, thereby providing recommendations for future renovation projects involving outdated structures. %K 老旧建筑， %K 再利用， %K 民宿， %K 色彩， %K 材料
