%X 随着汽车使用量的逐渐增加,其舒适性越来越受到重视,汽车NVH对其舒适性具有重要影响,而轮胎作为汽车与路面接触的唯一部件,与汽车NVH关系密切。本文根据轮胎的实际运动状态提出了轮胎动态力传递函数测试方法,并通过进行轮胎动态力传递函数与静态力传递函数的差异、轮胎动态力传递函数的影响因素、轮胎动态力传递函数与整车NVH的相关性等几方面的研究,表明该方法能更有效地帮助解决整车NVH问题。
As the usage of automobiles gradually increases, their comfort is increasingly valued, and the NVH of automobiles has a significant impact on their comfort. As the only component that comes into contact with the road surface, tires are closely related to the NVH of automobiles. This article proposes a testing method for tire dynamic force transfer function based on the actual motion state of the tire. Through studying the differences between tire dynamic force transfer function and static force transfer function, the influencing factors of tire dynamic force transfer function, and the correlation between tire dynamic force transfer function and vehicle NVH, it is shown that this method can more effectively help solve the problem of vehicle NVH.
