%X 膝关节创伤性滑膜炎是临床上常见的由急性外伤所致的一种滑膜炎疾病&#65292;临床上以膝关节疼痛、肿胀、活动受限为主要表现。临床上治疗该疾病易于复发&#65292;迁延难愈&#65292;若不能及时有效地治疗&#65292;可能对患者造成短期或长期的功能丧失。中医治疗具有便捷、时效、创伤小、不良反应少的特点。因此&#65292;本文通过整理分析近年来中医治疗本疾病的文献研究&#65292;从膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的病因病机&#65292;中药内服、中药外敷、针灸、其他疗法以及中医综合治疗等方面论述了最新的临床应用&#65292;希望能够为中医药临床工作提供新的参考和思路。<br>Traumatic synovitis of the knee joint is a common synovitis disease caused by acute trauma, and the main clinical manifestations are pain, swelling and limited movement of the knee joint. The disease is prone to recurrence and is difficult to heal when treated clinically, and if it is not treated in a timely and effective manner, it may cause short-term or long-term functional loss to patients. TCM treatment has the characteristics of convenience, timeliness, less trauma and few adverse reactions. Therefore, this paper summarizes and analyzes the literature research on the treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, and discusses the latest clinical applications from the aspects of the etiology and pathogenesis of traumatic synovitis of the knee joint, internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine, external application of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, other therapies and comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, hoping to provide new references and ideas for the clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine.
