Bidirectional Empowerment of Youth Reintegration and Rural Revitalization: Research on the Order-Based Talent Cultivation Mechanism of School-Local Cooperation—Taking the Joint Cultivation of Zhangjiagang City and Yangzhou University as an Example %A 崔梦情 %J Advances in Education %P 1150-1157 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ae.2025.154668 %X 乡村振兴战略的全面推进亟需高素质农业人才支撑,然而当前涉农人才普遍面临“下不去、留不住、用不好”的结构性矛盾。本文以张家港市与扬州大学联合开展的“订单式”农业人才培养模式为研究对象,通过田野调查、深度访谈及量化分析,系统探讨校地合作如何通过“定向招生–精准培养–协议就业”闭环机制破解人才困境。研究发现,该模式通过制度性嵌入、资源性赋能与关系性重构,实现了青年人才从“脱嵌”到“再嵌”的转型,有效激活了乡村治理与产业振兴的内生动力。研究为新时代乡村振兴人才供给机制创新提供了理论依据与实践路径。
The comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy critically necessitates the support of high-caliber agricultural talents. Nevertheless, at present, agricultural-related talents commonly encounter the structural predicaments characterized by “inability to be deployed to rural areas, difficulty in retention, and ineffective utilization”. This paper takes the “order-based” agricultural talent cultivation model jointly initiated by Zhangjiagang City and Yangzhou University as its research object. Employing field investigations, in-depth interviews, and quantitative analyses, it systematically probes into how the collaboration between universities and local authorities can surmount the talent bottleneck via the closed-loop mechanism encompassing “targeted enrollment, precise cultivation, and employment in accordance with agreements”. The research reveals that this model has accomplished the transition of young talents from “disembedding” to “re-embedding” through institutional embedding, resource-based empowerment, and relational reconstruction. As a result, it has effectively invigorated the endogenous driving forces for rural governance and industrial rejuvenation. This study furnishes both a theoretical foundation and a practical pathway for the innovation of the talent supply mechanism in the context of rural revitalization in the new era. %K 校地合作, %K 订单式培养, %K 乡村振兴, %K 人才嵌入, %K 双向赋能
