%X 全球气候变化问题日益严重,凸显了绿色技术创新在提升碳减排效率中的重要性。文章基于中国2012~2022年326个省级面板数据,运用超效率SBM模型和固定效应模型,探讨了绿色技术创新对碳减排效率的影响及其机制。研究表明,绿色技术创新对碳减排效率有着显著提升作用,外商直接投资产业结构升级、技术交易活跃度与碳减排效率皆存在显著正向影响,而教育重视度对碳减排效率存在一定负向效应。未来研究需要深入探讨地区之间的差异,为制定差异化政策提供见解。
The growing severity of global climate change underscores the importance of green technology innovation in enhancing carbon emission reduction efficiency. This article, based on provincial panel data from 326 regions in China from 2012 to 2022, utilizes the super-efficiency SBM model and fixed-effects model to explore the impact of green technology innovation on carbon reduction efficiency and its mechanisms. The research indicates that green technology innovation significantly improves carbon reduction efficiency, with foreign direct investment, industrial structure upgrading, and technology transaction activity all showing significant positive effects. However, the emphasis on education has a certain negative impact on carbon reduction efficiency. Future research needs to delve deeper into regional differences to provide insights for formulating differentiated policies.
