%X 数字技术的迅猛发展催生了数字资本主义这一新型经济形态，电子商务作为数字资本主义的重要表现形式，其发展过程深刻体现了数字技术对时间秩序的塑造和影响。本研究以数字资本主义时间规训为理论视角，首先梳理了数字资本主义时间规训的理论脉络，深入剖析数字资本主义时间规训与电子商务的融合现象，即在资本权力扩张、时间商品化进程及剩余价值榨取方面的表现。其次，探讨数字资本主义时间规训对电子商务在消费者行为、劳动者权益、市场竞争格局等多维度的影响，进而提出从消费者保护、劳动者权益保障、市场竞争规制等层面的应对措施与策略，旨在揭示数字经济时代新的经济特征与问题，并为构建健康、公平的电子商务发展环境提供理论基础。
The rapid development of digital technology has given rise to digital capitalism, a new economic form. As an important manifestation of digital capitalism, the development of e-commerce profoundly reflects the shaping and influence of digital technology on the order of time. This study adopts the theoretical perspective of digital capitalism’s temporal discipline. Firstly, it traces the theoretical background of digital capitalism’s temporal discipline and conducts an in-depth analysis of the integration phenomenon between digital capitalism’s temporal discipline and e-commerce, namely, the manifestations in terms of capital power expansion, the process of time commodification, and the extraction of surplus value. Secondly, it explores the multi-dimensional impact of the time discipline of digital capitalism on e-commerce, including consumer behavior, laborer rights, and the competitive landscape of the market. Then, it proposes countermeasures and strategies from the aspects of consumer protection, laborer rights protection, and market competition regulation, aiming to reveal the new economic characteristics and problems in the digital economy era and provide a theoretical basis for building a healthy and fair e-commerce development environment.
