%X 心肌肥厚是一种代偿反应&#65292;由各种损伤性刺激如压力或容量超负荷引发&#65292;导致心肌细胞蛋白质合成增加、异常增大&#65292;进而加速慢性心力衰竭进展&#65292;引发心律失常和猝死&#65292;严重威胁人类生命健康&#65292;降低生活质量。当前&#65292;心肌肥厚的治疗缺乏明确有效的药物及疗法。众多研究表明&#65292;中医治疗手段在心血管疾病的防治及康复方面具有显著效果。本文系统总结和深入分析了多位学者的研究成果&#65292;全面探讨中医疗法治疗心肌肥厚的进展&#65292;旨在为临床治疗提供更具价值的参考依据。<br>Myocardial hypertrophy is a compensatory response triggered by various traumatic stimuli such as pressure or volume overload, leading to increased protein synthesis and abnormal enlargement of cardiomyocytes. This can accelerate the progression of chronic heart failure, cause arrhythmia and sudden death, posing a serious threat to human life and health and reducing the quality of life. Currently, there are no clear and effective drugs or therapies for the treatment of myocardial hypertrophy. Numerous studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatments have significant effects on the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases. This article systematically summarizes and deeply analyzes the research findings of many scholars, comprehensively exploring the progress of TCM therapies in the treatment of myocardial hypertrophy, aiming to provide more valuable reference for clinical treatment.
