Effect of Polarizability Solvent on Electron-Phonon Coupling of Zeaxanthin %A 刘福洋 %J Applied Physics %P 297-303 %@ 2160-7575 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/app.2025.154034 %X 玉米黄质作为一种类胡萝卜素,其独特的共轭双键结构赋予了抗氧化、抑制自由基损伤、保护视网膜黄斑区等多方面的特性。本文测量了玉米黄质在不同极化率溶剂下的拉曼光谱和紫外–可见吸收光谱,分析其光谱演变规律,发现增强极化率梯度可使特征峰振动强度提高,有效共轭长度增长。结合数据计算得到,高极化率溶剂导致拉曼散射截面增大、黄昆因子减小,电子–声子耦合系数减小。
Zeaxanthin as a carotenoid, its unique conjugated double bond structure endowed with antioxidant, free radical damage inhibition, protection of retinal macular region and many other properties. The Raman and UV-vis absorption spectra of zeaxanthin in solvents with different polarizability were measured. The evolution of the spectra was analyzed. It was found that the vibration intensity of the characteristic peaks and the effective conjugation length were increased by increasing the polarizability gradient. The results show that the high polarizability solvent leads to the increase of Raman scattering cross section, the decrease of Huang-Ryes factor and the decrease of electron-phonon coupling coefficient. %K 玉米黄质, %K 分子光谱, %K 黄昆因子, %K 电子– %K 声子耦合系数
