%X 本研究聚焦于石灰石粉(LP)预涂胶屑及硅灰(SF)两阶段法对橡胶水泥砂浆性能的影响。通过一系列实验,探究了不同掺量的LP预涂胶屑和SF对砂浆抗压强度、抗折强度、耐磨性、水泥浆–胶屑界面及吸附性能的作用规律。结果表明,该两阶段法有效改善了橡胶–水泥基质界面,提升了砂浆的力学性能和耐磨性,降低了吸附性。在特定掺量下,含SF和10% LP预涂胶屑的混合物抗压强度与基准相当,抗折强度更高。研究成果为橡胶水泥砂浆在建筑领域的广泛应用提供了理论依据和技术支持。
This study focuses on the effect of LP precoating and SF two-stage method on the properties of rubber cement mortar. Through a series of experiments, the effects of LP and SF on compressive strength, flexural strength, wear resistance, cement-cement interface and adsorption properties of mortar were investigated. The results show that the two-stage method can effectively improve the rubber-cement matrix interface, improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance of mortar, and reduce the adsorption property. The compressive strength of the mixture containing SF and 10% LP pre-coated chips is equivalent to the standard, and the bending strength is higher. The research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for the wide application of rubber cement mortar in the construction field.
