%X 随着我国冠心病(Coronary Heart Disease, CHD)患病率的逐年升高,经皮冠状动脉支架植入(percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI)的年手术量也随之增高。随着接受PCI人群逐步增加,其远期预后更应引起重视。而支架内再狭窄(in-stent restenosis, ISR)作为PCI术后严重并发症,影响着众多CHD患者及一线临床工作者。尽管新一代药物洗脱支架(Drug-eluting stents, DES)的应用使ISR发生率有所下降,但面对庞大的PCI手术量,发生ISR的患者数量也在上升。本文通过对ISR的定义、分型、病理机制、治疗进展进行综述。
With the increasing prevalence of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) in our country, the annual volume of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedures has also risen. As the population undergoing PCI continues to grow, greater attention should be paid to their long-term prognosis. In-stent restenosis (ISR), a severe complication following PCI, affects numerous CHD patients and frontline clinical practitioners. Although the application of new-generation drug-eluting stents (DES) has reduced the incidence of ISR, the absolute number of patients experiencing ISR is still on the rise due to the substantial volume of PCI procedures. This article provides a comprehensive review of the definition, classification, pathological mechanisms, and therapeutic advancements related to ISR.
