%X 膝关节骨性关节炎是骨科常见的慢性关节疾病&#65292;严重影响患者的生活质量。尤其在老龄化背景下&#65292;其发病率呈上升趋势&#65292;现代医学治疗该病具有一定的局限性&#65292;中医药治疗KOA具有独特优势&#65292;本文通过查阅近10年文献&#65292;对中医药治疗膝骨性关节炎的研究进展进行综述&#65292;包括中药内服、中药外用、针灸、推拿、针刀及综合治疗等方面&#65292;旨在为临床治疗提供参考&#65292;展示中医药在治疗膝骨性关节炎方面的独特优势和潜力。<br>Knee osteoarthritis is a common chronic joint disease in orthopedics, severely affecting patients&#8217; quality of life. Against the backdrop of an aging population, its incidence is on the rise. Although modern medical treatments for this condition have certain limitations, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) offers unique advantages in treating knee osteoarthritis (KOA). By reviewing literature published in the past decade, this article summarizes the research progress of TCM in treating KOA, covering aspects such as oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine, external application of Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, tuina (Chinese massage), acupotomy, and comprehensive therapies. The aim is to provide references for clinical treatment and demonstrate the unique advantages and potential of TCM in treating knee osteoarthritis.
