%X 随着知识经济的兴起，在全球化与信息化背景下现代大学治理面临着多重挑战，包括治理结构失衡、资源配置低效、国际化与本土化冲突加剧及技术革新带来的治理体系变革需求等。通过详细分析这些挑战的具体表现形式，如行政权力过度集中、学术权力边缘化、资源分配不均、国际化进程中的文化冲突等等具体现象，揭示了现代大学治理中的深层次问题。为应对这些挑战，通过优化治理结构、强化学术主导、提升资源配置效率、促进国际化与本土化有机融合，以及利用信息技术创新治理模式等，探索现代大学治理的创新路径；通过治理理念的更新与提升、治理结构的优化与设计、治理文化的培育与弘扬、治理能力的建设与提升、治理评价的完善与创新，以破局并重构现代大学治理体系。研究对于推动现代大学治理体系的完善与创新、提升高等教育质量、满足社会多元化需求以及促进大学内涵式高质量发展具有重要意义。
With the rise of the knowledge-based economy and against the backdrop of globalization and informatization, modern university governance faces multiple challenges, including imbalances in governance structures, inefficient resource allocation, intensified conflicts between internationalization and localization, and demands for systemic transformation driven by technological innovation. Through detailed analysis of these challenges’ specific manifestations, such as excessive centralization of administrative power, marginalization of academic authority, unequal resource distribution, and cultural conflicts in internationalization processes, this paper highlights the deep-seated issues in contemporary university governance. To address these challenges, innovative pathways for modern university governance are explored through optimizing governance structures, strengthening academic leadership, improving resource allocation efficiency, promoting organic integration of internationalization and localization, and leveraging information technology to innovate governance models. By updating governance philosophies, optimizing governance designs, cultivating governance cultures, enhancing governance capacities, and refining governance evaluation systems, this study seeks to break through bottlenecks and reconstruct modern university governance frameworks. The research holds significant implications for advancing the perfection and innovation of university governance systems, improving higher education quality, meeting diversified societal needs, and promoting high-quality, connotative development of universities.
