%X 当今人口老龄化飞速发展，需要提高智慧物业管理服务水平，补齐社区服务短板，更好地满足居民多样化多层次生活需求。2020年12月，住建部等六部门就曾发布《关于推动物业服务企业发展居家社区养老服务的意见》，要求推动和支持物业服务企业积极探索“物业服务 + 养老服务”模式，切实增加居家社区养老服务有效供给，并在部分地区开展试点工作。近几年来，政策鼓励物业服务逐渐拓展至“物业服务 + 生活服务”的模式。课题小组本次就想调研上海市物业适老化服务普及程度与质量调研评估以及了解上海市人民对于物业养老模式的看法。
With the rapid development of population aging nowadays, we need to enhance the level of smart property management services, make up for the shortcomings of community services, and better meet the diverse and multi-level living needs of residents. In December 2020, six departments including the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the “Opinions on Promoting Property Service Enterprises to Develop Home and Community Elderly Care Services”, requiring the promotion and support of property service enterprises to actively explore the “property service + elderly care service” model, effectively increase the supply of home and community elderly care services, and carry out pilot projects in some areas. In recent years, policies have encouraged property services to gradually expand to the “property service + life service” model. Our group this time wants to conduct a survey on the popularization degree and quality of property elderly care services in Shanghai and understand the views of the people of Shanghai on the property elderly care model.
