%X 本文基于我国2015~2022年28个省(区市)的面板数据&#65292;构建数字经济发展水平指标体系。利用基准回归模型和中介效应模型&#65292;从实证角度分析了数字经济发展水平对外商直接投资的影响。研究结果表明&#65306;数字经济发展水平的提升有利于增强对外商直接投资的吸引力&#65292;两者呈正相关关系&#65307;数字经济可以通过驱动技术创新和提升市场消费水平间接吸引外商直接投资的流入&#65307;不同区域的数字经济对外商直接投资的影响存在差异&#65292;东部地区最为显著。基于理论和实证分析结果&#65292;提出相应的对策及建议。<br>Based on the panel data of 28 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China from 2015 to 2022, this paper constructs an index system for the development level of digital economy. Using the benchmark regression model and the mediation effect model, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the development level of the digital economy on FDI. The results show that the improvement of the development level of the digital economy is conducive to enhancing the attractiveness of foreign direct investment, and there is a positive correlation between the two. The digital economy can indirectly attract the inflow of foreign direct investment by driving technological innovation and improving market consumption. The impact of the digital economy on FDI varies in different regions, with the most significant impact in the eastern region. Based on the results of theoretical and empirical analysis, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
