%X 随着人工智能技术的发展,电商平台通过个性化推荐、精准营销和用户评价体系等手段,表面上为用户提供了更多的选择自由,实际上却通过数据垄断和算法操控,将用户困在“信息茧房”中,诱导其进行非理性消费。本文指出电商平台通过数据垄断、消费主义和数字劳工剥削机制,强化了资本对用户的控制。最后提出了加强数据监管、提升用户数字素养和探索平台合作等现实路径,以超越虚假的“自由选择”,实现真正的消费自由。
With the development of artificial intelligence technology, e-commerce platforms provide users with more freedom of choice through personalized recommendations, precision marketing, and user evaluation systems. However, in reality, they trap users in an “information cocoon” through data monopolies and algorithm manipulation, inducing them to engage in irrational consumption. This article points out that e-commerce platforms have strengthened capital control over users through data monopolies, consumerism, and digital labor exploitation mechanisms. Finally, practical paths such as strengthening data supervision, enhancing user digital literacy, and exploring platform cooperation were proposed to surpass false “free choice” and achieve true consumer freedom.
