%X 在全球供应链风险加剧与数字技术深度渗透的双重背景下&#65292;供应链韧性已成为企业应对不确定性的核心战略能力。本文系统梳理ESG表现对供应链韧性影响的文献演进脉络&#65292;基于数字时代特征重构供应链韧性内涵&#65292;重点聚焦创新协同能力与数字化敏捷性两大关键维度&#65292;揭示其作为现代供应链韧性内核的战略价值。通过构建关系稳定性、风险抵御能力、创新协同能力及数字化敏捷性四维分析框架&#65292;阐释企业ESG表现如何通过信号传递、资源赋能与信任构建三重机制提升供应链韧性的内在机理。研究发现&#65292;ESG表现通过优化信息环境、强化要素配置和降低交易成本&#65292;显著增强供应链网络的结构粘性、技术协同与动态响应能力。最后&#65292;本文提出未来方向展望&#65292;为后续开展数字时代下ESG表现与供应链韧性协同发展理论体系提供参考。<br>Amid intensified global supply chain risks and the pervasive penetration of digital technologies, supply chain resilience has emerged as a core strategic capability for enterprises to navigate uncertainties. This paper systematically reviews the evolutionary trajectory of literature on how corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance influences supply chain resilience. By reconstructing the conceptual framework of supply chain resilience in alignment with digital-era characteristics, we focus on two pivotal dimensions&#8212;innovative collaboration capability and digital agility&#8212;revealing their strategic significance as the kernel of modern supply chain resilience. Through a four-dimensional analytical framework encompassing relationship stability, risk resistance, innovative collaboration, and digital agility, we elucidate the intrinsic mechanisms by which corporate ESG performance enhances supply chain resilience via signal transmission, resource empowerment, and trust-building. The findings indicate that ESG performance significantly strengthens the structural cohesion, technological synergy, and dynamic responsiveness of supply chain networks by optimizing information environments, enhancing resource allocation, and reducing transaction costs. Finally, this paper proposes future research directions to advance theoretical frameworks for the synergistic development of ESG performance and supply chain resilience in the digital era.
