This study focuses on the cereal industry in the Fengqiao area, discusses how to enhance the market competitiveness of Fengqiao cereal products through branding strategy and innovative packaging design, explores innovative ideas of regional industrial brand packaging design, and taps the development potential of the Fengqiao cereal brand. Through the analysis of the market status of the Fengqiao cereal brand, combined with the successful cases of cereal brand packaging design, the key factors and commonalities are extracted as the basis for guiding the formulation of the program. With the deep integration of regional characteristics industry and modern design, the characteristics of Fengqiao and cereal are extracted, and the packaging design of the Fengqiao regional industry is innovated to enhance the market competitiveness of the regional industry.
