In recent years, China has vigorously advocated green buildings, promoted energy conservation and emission reduction in urban buildings, and has gradually raised to the national policy level. Green building is a new modern building science with the environment as the priority and is based on green development theory. Its essence is sustainable development, harmonious coexistence with nature, and common harmony in the human ecological environment system. In the era of the rapid growth of urban renewal, we have focused our attention on future urban construction, but we cannot pay full attention to the reconstruction of a large number of existing buildings in the old residential areas and ignore the importance of the improvement of the existing housing reconstruction in the old residential areas to the improvement of urban construction quality and carbon reduction. This article will, through the literature research, sum up the corresponding old village building green technology application status, according to the problem of the old village green transformation, put forward from the evaluation to the technology selection, capital model to residents education and management of green building technology in the old village building reconstruction application strategy, for the current city of old village building green transformation provide reference and basis.
