Research on the Application of Fly Ash in Thin Layer Asphalt Mixture for Municipal Roads %A 文欣 %J Hans Journal of Civil Engineering %P 808-814 %@ 2326-3466 %D 2025 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/hjce.2025.144087 %X 在市政道路建设中对薄层沥青混合料性能要求越来越高,传统材料存在耐久性与稳定性问题。为提升薄层沥青混合料性能,选用不同掺量的废弃矿渣–粉煤灰等质量取代部分矿粉,通过配合比设计探究其在薄层沥青混合料中的作用机制和应用效果。结果显示,粉煤灰对混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及水稳定性均有改善作用,高温下掺量至20%时动稳定度最优,低温抗裂性随掺量上升而增强,水稳定性在20%~30%掺量时较好,且0%~30%掺量下抗滑性能达标。研究明确了粉煤灰在市政道路薄层沥青混合料中的最佳掺量范围,为道路建设的绿色高效发展提供技术与理论支撑,助力道路建设质量提升与环保推进。
The performance requirements for thin-layer asphalt mixtures are becoming increasingly high in municipal road construction, and traditional materials have durability and stability issues. To improve the performance of thin-layer asphalt mixture, different dosages of waste slag fly ash and other materials are selected to replace some mineral powder. The mechanism and application effect of waste slag fly ash in thin-layer asphalt mixture are explored through mix design. The results showed that fly ash had an improved effect on the high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance, and water stability of the mixture. The optimal dynamic stability was achieved when the dosage was up to 20% at high temperatures, and the low-temperature crack resistance increased with the increase of dosage. The water stability was better at a dosage of 20%~30%, and the anti-skid performance met the standard at a dosage of 0%~30%. The study has clarified the optimal dosage range of fly ash in municipal road thin layer asphalt mixture, providing technical and theoretical support for the green and efficient development of road construction, and helping to improve the quality of road construction and promote environmental protection. %K 薄层沥青混合料, %K 粉煤灰, %K 配合比, %K 路用性能
