%X 习近平总书记指出：“文化产业和旅游产业密不可分，要坚持以文塑旅、以旅彰文，推动文化和旅游融合发展，让人们在领略自然之美中感悟文化之美、陶冶心灵之美。”党的二十大报告也对繁荣发展文化事业和文化产业作出重要部署，提出“推进文化和旅游深度融合发展”，系列政策为乡村文旅业发展指明方向。广州增城P镇积极整合乡村文化遗产和旅游资源，引入社会资本投资，在多方主体的协同作用下最终实现了乡村空间重构与发展范式转型。本研究在共生理论的框架下，综合运用实地考察、深度访谈、案例分析等研究方法，对P镇两大文旅典型村展开研究，总结其文旅赋能乡村振兴的具体路径，以期为同类型乡村的发展提供理论参考与实践范式，激发学界与业界对共生理论和文旅实践的积极探索，助力乡村振兴战略目标的实现。
President Xi Jinping pointed out: “The cultural industry and the tourism industry are inseparable. It is necessary to insist on shaping tourism with culture, highlighting culture with tourism, and promoting the integrated development of culture and tourism, allowing people to appreciate the beauty of culture and the beauty of the mind while experiencing natural beauty.” The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has also made important arrangements for the prosperity and development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries, proposing to “promote the in-depth integration and development of culture and tourism.” A series of policies have pointed out the direction for the development of rural cultural and tourism industries. P Town in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, has actively integrated rural cultural heritage and tourism resources, introduced social capital investment, and ultimately achieved the reconstruction of rural space and the transformation of development models under the collaborative efforts of multiple subjects. This study, within the framework of symbiosis theory, comprehensively employs research methods such as field investigation, in-depth interviews, and case analysis to conduct research on two typical cultural and tourism villages in P Town, summarizing the specific paths of cultural and tourism empowerment for rural revitalization, with the aim of providing theoretical references and practical models for the development of similar rural areas, stimulating the academic and industrial sectors’ active exploration of symbiosis theory and cultural and tourism practices, and contributing to the realization of the rural revitalization strategy goals.
