%X 随着校园体育教育事业的快速发展，为提升小学生综合身体素质、构建高质量小学体育教学体系，小学体育教学内容、教学方式备受关注。篮球作为一项受欢迎的体育运动，不仅有助于小学生的身体健康，还能培养他们的团队合作、挑战极限及提升自信心等综合素质。基于此背景，文章提出以“生动体育，魅力篮球”为指引，旨在探讨小学篮球训练质量提升的策略，从基础设施、教学理念、训练计划、心理素质培养等方面进行全面分析，以期为小学篮球教学提供参考和借鉴。
With the rapid development of campus physical education, in order to improve the comprehensive physical quality of primary school students and build a high-quality primary school physical education teaching system, the primary school physical education teaching content and teaching methods have attracted much attention. As a popular sport, basketball is not only conducive to the health of primary school students but also can cultivate their comprehensive qualities such as teamwork, challenging the limit and improving self-confidence. Based on this background, this paper puts forward the “lively sports, charming basketball” as the guidance, aiming to explore the strategy of improving the quality of primary school basketball training, from the comprehensive analysis of infrastructure, teaching concept, training plan, psychological quality training and other aspects, in order to provide reference and reference for primary school basketball teaching.
