Commercial live streaming has become an emerging form of digital labor, and the control strategies behind it and the construction of workers’ subjectivity have become important issues that need to be resolved. With the help of Marshall’s four factors of production, the study adopts qualitative research methods such as cyber ethnography and semi-structured interviews, and selects a number of representative commercial live streaming platforms and their key laborers as research subjects. By examining the content production, dissemination mechanism, management strategy of live broadcasting platforms, and the work experience, identity, and rights and interests of workers, the study reveals how live broadcasting platforms exercise control through technical means, media management, and distribution of benefits, which in turn affects the construction of workers’ subjectivity. %K 关键劳动者, %K 商业直播平台, %K 主体性, %K 马歇尔生产四要素
