In the context of home-school collaborative education, the role of primary school class teacher is becoming increasingly prominent. In the face of the challenges of education in the new era, class teachers need to constantly innovate to adapt to changes. The purpose of this paper is to explore the key role and challenges of primary school class teachers in the home-school co-education system, and put forward corresponding strategies: reshape the role of class teachers; improve the school education system; update the concept of parent education strengthen the self-awareness of class teachers; in order to ensure the smooth development of home-school collaborative education, jointly build a more harmonious educational environment, and provide solid support for the all-round development of students. %K 家校协同育人, %K 小学班主任, %K 班级管理
